Paula's Best Dishes

Paula Deen's son, Bobby, whips up a menu fit for a Georgian. First, Bobby serves up some Southern charm with his Grilled Tuna with a tangy Pineapple Chipotle Salsa. Then, Paula and Bobby fix up some sides with a Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing and Mashed Sweet Potatoes with a Kick! Finally, you won't want to miss the Deen family's sinful Chocolate Bread Pudding with Rum Toffee Sauce.

Cheryl Dayin joins Paula in the kitchen today. They fry up some Sweet Tea Brined Buttermilk Fried Chicken on a "Biscone". Then, Paula whips up a quick and easy Italian Pasta Salad. Finally, Cheryl shows Paula how to make her bakery's famous buttermilk cupcakes into something super special, Scooped Out Cupcake Tarts!

Paula's son Bobby and her nephew Jay are in the kitchen today whipping up some Deen family favorites. They're makin' Corrie's Granola Waffles with Buttered Pecan Syrup and two yummy sides, Souffléed Grits Pudding and Vidalia Onion & Lump Blue Crab Salad. Finally, they mix up a delicious drink to wash it all down, an Iced Mocha Frappe.

One of Savannah's best chefs, Patrick McNamara is helping Paula in the kitchen to add some local flavor! They begin with a melt-in-your-mouth tangy appetizer, Seared Scallops with Pineapple-Cucumber Salsa. Then it's a Grilled NY Strip laid atop a bed of Truffle Potato & Carrot Puree. Finally, a dessert as sinful as it is scrumptious, Chocolate Molten Love Cake.

Start brunch right with some rich Ricotta Pancakes drizzled with Thyme Syrup and delectable Brunch Stuffed Peppers. Then, give your casserole a new look with their Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Mini Casseroles. Finally, to wash it all down, a bubbly Sparkling Sweet Cherry Lemonade. This is one cooking club you'll want to be a member of for life!

Paula is starting off with the most tender Balsamic Glazed London Broil you've ever seen and devilishly sweet Baked Sweet Potato Wedges. Then, they make a few of their family's dishes on the lighter side with a Southwestern Avocado & Black Bean Salad and Corrie's Bacon Creamed Spinach. Finally, they make one of Jaime's son, Jack's favorites, Strawberry Banana Ice Pops! 

Paula is joined in the kitchen by one of her favorite Louisiana pastry chefs and they're startin' up with some sensual Deep Fried Truffle Cupcakes! Then it's on to more chocolate in the main course, Chocolate Spiced Pork Chops. Finally, have some chocolate with a side of veggies with a Roasted Beet Salad with Cocoa Vinaigrette.

Paula joins her hubby, Michael in the kitchen to make Grilled Steak Sandwiches. Then, they're whipping up a Peppery Coleslaw with a Tangy Orange Chili Vinaigrette and one of Michael's favorites, Crunchy Onion Rings with a Chipotle Cream Dipping Sauce that has a kick! Finally, finish the meal right with a mouthwatering Cherry-Chocolate Coffee Float.

Paula, Bubba and Jaime serve up some recipes that'll have you bein' the taste of the town! First, it's an old favorite - Bubba's Creamy Spicy Seafood Pasta. Then, Paula shows you how to make Parmesan Crisps which will change the way you think about Caesar Salad. Finally, a drink and a dessert that'll perk you up, Momma's Iced Mocha and Key Lime Mousse Pie. Have a taste of the town with the Deens!

Some of Paula's treasured recipes are the ones that were passed from generation to generation in her family, and in this episode, her Aunt Peggy & Uncle Bob join her to share some more family recipes! They're making Aunt Peggy's Orange Glazed Ham Steak and her Sweet Potato Soufflé. Then, Paula makes her own Buttery Spinach & Mushrooms. Finally, they end the meal with Uncle Bob's Fresh Apple Cake.
