WISP

Lincoln Frost is court ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation in order to get his job back at the Erie Police Department. How he lost his job in the first place, is where the story of WISP begins.

The hunt for The Tourist is taking it's toll on Frost and the cracks are starting to show in his marriage to Katherine who reveals a secret affair. Meanwhile Brent discovers a clue that Frost suspects may actually be a message from the killer.

The Tourist strikes again, but this time Lincoln is called in for questioning and discovers this most recent attack is personal. Now Gray wants Lincoln off the case and already has a replacement in mind. Theo attempts to deal with a devastating loss.

The brutal truth of what happened to Linda Klem reveals that The Tourist was not responsible. While Frost is on leave from the Department, John Kelly is picked by Gray to replace him. Meanwhile, Brent doesn't stop investigating and neither does Frost.

Lana confronts Kelly about what happened to her sister, and learns more than she was expecting. Brent brings more clues to the table but gets sidelined by Gray who seems to be trying to bury the case. Meanwhile, The Tourist heads back to Erie.
