Les Daniels ("Michael Shanks, "Stargate SG-1") was a young boy when his father was bitten and killed by a poisonous snake. Years later, he is still petrified of snakes. When his brother inadvertently releases a deadly serpent that was feared by ancient cultures, the one person with the power to defeat the creature is the one who fears it the most.
