Mitchell, George and Nina find a new home to live; Annie manages to get a message through to Mitchell: if he doesn't rescue her soon they're going to send her to Hell.

George and Nina discover a perpetually 15-year-old vampire boy feeding at the hospital, and a vampire hierarchy pressures Mitchell to permanently exile to South America.

Confronted with a 'type four,' the housemates are forced to stare death in the face. Meanwhile, Mitchell meets his biggest fan, who will do anything to impress his hero.

In their mission to determine the survival of their unborn baby during the transformation, George and Nina embark on a search for other werewolves; As the full moon looms closer, Mitchell finds himself increasingly apprehensive about what lies ahead.

Herrick is back. Before the hospital can discover he’s a vampire, Nina saves the situation by saying that ‘Uncle Billy’ should be home with her. Confronted by his erstwhile adversary, Mitchell’s gut reaction is to stake Herrick immediately. Nina is outraged, sure that Herrick can’t remember being a vampire and is therefore effectively innocent. George is stunned: he ripped Herrick’s head off.

George is taken aback by his father's demise, but encounters an even greater shock when he comes face-to-face with the ghost of George Senior; the Box Tunnel investigation narrows its focus on Mitchell.

After McNair and Tom return to the house for aid, DC Reid's determination, unknowingly aided by Annie, to nail the Boxcar Tunnel 20 Murderer proves the catalyst for several revelations and dire consequences.

As Nina lies dying in the emergency room, Herrick rescues Mitchell from jail but only to exact revenge upon George, and Annie receives a ghastly invite to visit Purgatory.
