Gulf of Mexico fisherman Buddy Guindon built up his fishing business and opened Katie's Seafood Market. Now he's got his whole family involved.

A recent quota increase has made the family business even busier. Nick Guindon must manage the bustling fish house and his overbearing father.

Hans takes his crew on a journey around the Gulf to hunt the monster known as the "Warsaw" in order to prove his legendary status.

Buddy takes a back seat in the day-to-day operations at Katie's, leaving Nick and Hans to find out firsthand the pressures of being in charge.

Hans and Kenny go head to head in a fishing competition to fill Nicks 10K pound snapper order, Buddy looks for illegal fisherman, and Ricky struggles with Katie's online business.

At the end of his fishing trip, Hans learns that Katie's Seafood has a snapper shortfall and he has to catch 5,000 lbs before returning to dock.

When Katie's Seafood gets an unexpected offload of snapper because of Buddy, Kenny and his crew can't go fishing and earn a paycheck.

Hans takes on the monumental task of bringing in a 15,000 lb haul, while Buddy sails out in the middle of a storm to rescue an injured deckhand.
