Christian makes the trip to Ian Johnson's personal shop in Tennessee to build a custom cab truck for this year's Ultimate Adventure. Starting with a stripped-down cab, Christian helps Ian build a custom chassis and prep some one-ton axles.

Christian returns to Ian's shop to tackle the drivetrain for the Ultimate Adventure Colorado build. With a new four-speed transfer case, an LS Engine and freshly rebuilt front and rear axles, the Colorado is starting to take shape for this annual event.

Christian is back at Big Tire Garage to continue the TJ-to-LJ transformation. The Wrangler frame modifications are done, the tub gets stretched, and the suspension build begins. Then the Cummins turbo diesel crate engine is mated to a new transmission.
