Louie and Yoko are in the American Far West. They find several cacti that belong to the cacti king, Mr Horse! he gets a call from his friend Mr Snake, who wants to order ten cacti for his own ranch. But Mr Horse cannot deliver so many cacti at once and his friend lives far away. Louie comes up with an idea: to build a truck to enable Mr Horse to deliver all his cacti at once!
