1794. Amongst the thousands of suspects that were rotting in the French Republic, Sade prepares himself to be transferred to Picpus, the detention centre and rest home where he will relive one more time the highlights of his youth. Sade had already been in prison at the age of 23 for ’indecent perverse behavior.
