A small group of 'cleaners' are hired to clean up executed bodies in an old, discreet warehouse. One of the bodies comes back to life, attacking and biting one of the cleaners. The group then attempts to deal the containment of what seems to be an infection which could potentially make it out to the world. The situation becomes more complicated as the one who was bitten begins to change.
