It’s a crazy day in the shop, and it gets crazier when Rodrigo comes to work with vicious back pain. Yoji sets out to help Rodrigo as they scour Chinatown looking for an acupuncture doctor. Also, a practical joke backfires.

Ami is unimpressed with Lee and Yori's work and bans them from tattooing real clients. But with Ami gone, the shop gets busy and Tommy asks Lee to pick up the slack. Will Ami blow a gasket when he finds out?

The shop has 100 angry customers when Tim Hendricks doesn't show up for his guest spot. Can these guys handle it, and will Ami have to fire someone? Tommy has to be very careful when an octogenarian comes in for her first tattoo.
