Inspector Tomobiki comes knocking on BJ's door. He exchanges few words with BJ and gets in the car together. He recalls the incident from 3 months ago...

In BJ Residence, a message was left on the answering machine from a man who calls BJ by his real name "Kuroo". The message was a request for treatment of a patient.

BJ Residence blows up into pieces in front of Pinoko's eyes and she falls apart from shock. Soon, police cars, ambulance and fire engines arrive at the scene.

BJ and Pinoko arrive into a small country in Northern Europe. BJ meets a girl called Suzie. He cuts his finger when he shields a can thrown at him.

BJ and Pinoko head to Stein General Hospital in Germany. A press conference was being held for the "Robot Arm" that Stein had developed.

BJ and Pinoko tries to follow Stein from Germany to England. However, they are stopped at the airport without the departure permit. Then they bump into Fumiko Nishikawa.

Sky Hospital has landed in a small Middle Eastern country. Pinoko and BJ stops in a restaurant where they meet a Japanese man who works for a European medical company.

BJ and Pinoko reach England by hiding in a box on a cargo ship. Soon after their arrival, they are attacked by Benitokage but they manage to escape.

In Bart General Hospital near Central Park in New York, a young Hospital Director Bill Bart is performing a surgery on his mother Catherine.

BJ was shot by Benitokage, but fortunately the bullet sunk into his mother's swan pendant. His mother's memento has saved his life.

BJ and Pinoko arrive at Lake Rage in Canada to meet Dr. Joruju. As they walk up to his lakeside cottage, Joruju's daughter (Yuri) fires her rifle at them.

Joruju's Research Facility is up in a mountain near the Arctic Circle. BJ and Pinoko board a train to travel further north.

BJ and Pinoko arrive into Gavon Republic, Africa, searching for Dr. Kuma. However, the river ahead had flooded and they were stuck in a small town.

BJ and Pinoko arrive into Okonja Village on a helicopter. However, many villagers have already died from various diseases. BJ persuades the reluctant pilot to fly further.

BJ and Pinoko arrive in Macao. BJ leaves Pinoko in the hotel room and heads to Kagemitsu's mansion on his own. Renka greets BJ and introduces her daughter, Shoren.

BJ and Pinoko wait at the departure gate when the airport security ask them to follow. They were led to the Sky Hospital (SH) where Dr. Shirabyoshi and Dr. Nishikawa were waiting.

There was a high possibility that BJ, Dr. Shirabyoshi, Pinoko and Dr. Nishikawa on board the Sky Hospital (SH) have been infected by Phoenix Disease.
