Host, Missouri is a quiet ranching community where nearly everyone earns their living from Host Tender Meats. Veterinarian Eli Rudkus (Vincent Ventresca) makes his home there when his predecessor retires. But when he is called to the home of local rancher Jacob Long (William Forsythe), little does he know this routine house call will uncover a danger that could destroy this small town.
