El Buki

In the Michoacan forest a child is born with a very special gift: music. With just a guitar, he will jump into the streets of his town and embark with his cousin on an adventure to Mexico City when he is barely twelve years old. He awaits them a long way to achieve the dream of recording his first album. But the Solís cousins want more and they will get to found their own musical group: Los Bukis.

Los Bukis get their first appearances in the United States, where they will face the rough lessons of the music industry. The group is a success but the members do not manage to capitalize on all that work until the launch of “Tu Cárcel”, where they begin to enjoy the honeys of success. However, on a personal level, each member of the band will have different ambitions.

Marco Antonio Solis finally finds the emotional stability when he stumbles upon a cuban lady by the name of Cristian. Meanwhile, the Bukis continue growing their success. But all the disagreements between them result in their seperation. The composer will have to rebuild himself and start a life as a soloist, which at first generates many doubts.

Marco Antonio Solis undergoes a period of reconstruction after being abandoned by his own group and finding himself in an emotional crisis. He begins a long struggle to become one of the most important Spanish-speaking singer-songwriters, composing songs that will change the lives of an entire generation forever.
