Eight new roommates move into a hotel suite in Cancun just in time for Spring Break. Before the first night is over, one relationship back home is destroyed, another is just beginning, and one drunken kiss shocks everyone.

The feud between Joey and Ayiiia grows, while CJ and Jonna are getting closer.The roommates are wondering if Jonna's boyfriend really might have something to worry about. The cast meet their new boss and are briefed on the job.

Having bonded over their fight with Joey, Emilee and Ayiiia have sex. To avoid tension, the guys have a boys night out after the house realizes Ayiia is the common demoninator in all the house drama.

Romance is everywhere in the Real World house. Derek realizes his love flame is out when his ex shows up. CJ and Joey are on the hunt for romance. Jasmine is determined to make Pat a StudentCity boss, her own personal project.

When Ayiiia exposes her vulnerable side in a way that no one ever would have expected, it gives Joey the ammunition he needs to wage all out war. His objective? To get Ayiiia to leave Cancun.

CJ's dreams of playing pro football are threatened when he is thrown into a Mexican jail, while Emilee does a tap dance on Bronne's beloved Zombie magazines, destroying them and incurring Bronne's wrath.

Joey returns! And wastes no time hooking up...with a roommate! And it's teary good-byes as the roommates leave Cancun for good.
