A rock and roller comes back to his home town to put on a show, but meets opposition from the straight-laced locals. Don't Knock the Rock features performances by Bill Haley and His Comets (singing "Don t Knock The Rock" and " Hook Line and Sinker") and Little Richard (singing "Long Tall Sally" and "Tutti Frutti").
