Pirate Treasures

A relic unearthed in a Madagascar shipwreck launches Barry Clifford and Scott Wolter on a world-wide investigation to find out if there's a link between 17th-century pirates and the medieval Knights Templar.

Scott follows the trail to Portugal and learns information that breaks the investigation wide open. In Madagascar, Barry switches focus to a wreck he believes is Captain Kidd's warship.

Barry and Scott learn the meaning behind one of the symbols on the prized metal ingot they believe belonged to Captain Kidd, leading them closer to a Templar-Pirate connection—and lost treasure.

Scott finds a piece of Captain's Kidd's treasure, where the trail leads him to Madagascar and an ancient Templar fortress. In Pirate Bay, Barry discovers a shipwreck that might be a Templar vessel.

The Templar-Pirate trail leads Scott to the West Coast of India and Barry investigates a tiny island that may conceal the richest Templar treasure of all--the Flaming Cross of Goa.

As Barry's team take one final shot at digging up lost Templar treasure, Scott finds an important relic that just may be the missing link in the Templar-Pirate connection.
