Summer with the Family

It's summer, and Jens and Åsa are ready for some lazy days without relatives. But Gunnar has decided to put them to the test. The holiday has also started for Carro, but an escaped dog makes her lose her good mood.

Carro wants to show off her great life and invites the whole family to a party, but arch-rival cousin Annika wants to make life miserable. To his horror, Jens gets to know some neighbours better than he would have liked.

When Åsa and Bobo scratch Carro's new motorboat, Åsa tells a lie that has dire consequences. The community chairman suspects Jens drinks too much, and Jens does everything he can to disprove it.

A jealous quarrel between Ingrid and Gunnar threatens Åsa and Jens' holiday idyll. Carro also gets into trouble when she refuses to support the local grocery store, which is threatened with closure.

Jens and Åsa agree to take care of the neighbours' cockatoo, while Carro looks forward to hosting an important business acquaintance.

It's Nora's birthday, and there is a party at the home of Carro's ex, Rickard, and his new girlfriend. Lukas is ill, so Jens calls his mother, Monica, who looks after the children in her own unique way.

Jens has to stop using snus. When everyone thinks that it will make him grumpy, he decides to prove everyone wrong. Carro is delighted when Bobo's father comes to visit, but Bobo is less than overjoyed.

Carro goes on the warpath when it turns out that a neighbour is throwing rubbish in her bin. Meanwhile, Ingrid wants to impress a newly arrived couple, and Jens ends up in a dialectical misunderstanding. Original title: Sommaren med släkten.

Carro has decided to propose to Bobo. Jens also wants to show his romantic side, so he takes Åsa on a boat trip with a nude bath and picnic on the agenda. However, the boat trip doesn't go quite as Jens intended.

Gunnar and Ingrid are invited to dinner by Jens after he gets tired of waiting for Gunnar to pass the cottage over to him and Åsa. During the dinner, he plans to get Gunnar's signature on the documents.
