Conclusion. The team encounters a fire-breathing dragon during their search for the Sangraal, Merlin's long-lost weapon against the Ori.

Carter's technical prowess is tested when she must make a village disappear in order to protect its populace from the Ori; Vala has a surprise reunion.

Teal'c breaks from the team to track down Akrad, a Jaffa leader believed to be responsible for the bombing of a peaceful summit. SG-1 learns Akrad is also behind bombings on Earth, which spurs the team to try to intercept Teal'c before he can kill Akrad.

Vala's father (Fred Willard) makes contact with SG-1 to trade intelligence about attacks planned by Akrad in exchange for sanctuary on Earth, but he tests the team's patience when he brings his scam-artist ways to the planet.

SG-1 tries to capture Adria (Morena Baccarin) by using Vala as bait, but Ba'al intervenes and seizes her in a bid to gain control of the Ori army.

The series concludes with a desperate act as the Asgard try to transfer the fruits of their vast wisdom to SG-1 before they die. As the team installs untested Asgard technology on the Odyssey, the Ori arrive, and promptly attack.
