Charlie joins Kent couple, Sam and Adam who face a race against time to resolve key style and layout disagreements and finish their luxury two-storey extension and renovation before the birth of their third child. Meanwhile in Hertfordshire, Sophie helps Sarah and Adam to find common ground between competing visions about the design of their new high-end kitchen/diner extension.

Charlie works with Buckinghamshire couple, Jan and Neil who face the difficult task of marrying up their 400-year-old thatched cottage with a stunning, contemporary, three arched extension and agreeing on differences of opinion about how the rooms are used and key finishing touches. In Hertfordshire, Sophie has to help first time renovators, Hazel and Lawrence find compromises.

In Buckinghamshire, Charlie helps Leena and David get to grips with the issues and dilemmas of their large two-storey extension, whilst living apart throughout most of their build. Sophie heads to Surrey where mother and daughter Claire and Liz are embarking on the transformation of a beautiful but dilapidated 18th century property as an investment for all the family.

In East Sussex, Jo and Neil have the ambitious task of totally refurbishing and extending their period property to make it fit for the 21st century and Charlie is helping them resolve key issues over layout and kitchen style. Sophie joins Essex couple Joe and Eva who face the challenge of living in a caravan with their kids throughout the build, whilst also trying to find common ground.

Charlie is in South London with Architect Supriya and Operations Manager Siddhartha who have the tricky task of extending their home, whilst also managing the twin relationships of husband and wife and architect/client. Sophie heads to Hertfordshire to join a couple who face a race against time to extend their charming end of terrace cottage before they tie the knot.

Charlie travels to the south coast, to help East Sussex couple Jen and Ian who haven't been able to reach an agreement on lighting or kitchen designs. In Cambridgeshire, Sophie helps Frankie and Nick who must resolve issues over their internal layout and external look as they give their 1960s home a facelift both inside and out, to make it the extraordinary family home they've always wanted.

In the Cotswolds, Charlie is helping Lydia and Lawrence as they plan a double and single storey extension at either end of a charming 2-bed cottage. In South London, Sophie is helping Dave and Mary: they are creating an eye-catching, contemporary glazed rear extension, but need helping resolving dilemmas on the all-important finishing touches, from wallpaper to kitchen lighting.

On the outskirts of Stafford, Charlie's working with Mark and Eryn who are turning a disused chapel into a fantastic family home, it's a challenging project, made even trickier as Mark's carrying out most of the work himself. In Surrey, Sophie is helping Mike and Jayne who don't see eye to eye about Mike's plan to fill their single storey extension with the latest smart home gadgets.

In Essex, knocking down their 2 bed bungalow and building a new 3 bed home from scratch is the ambitious challenge taken on by Liesa and Keith. They've moved from Devon to be near better training facilities for their team GB gymnast son. Sophie helps them with their competing visions over whether or not to have an ensuite for their master bedroom and a flooring dilemma that goes on and on.

 In Norfolk, future proofing their home is the name of the game for retired couple Stephen and Julia but can Charlie help them reach an agreement. Over in Cambridgeshire, Sophie helps Lauren and Charles reach a decision on the key finishing touches over whether or not to go for a log burning fire and the type of outdoor screen to provide privacy between them and their neighbours.
