Doc Rock works as a radio host for the pirates station Night Hawk. The most thrilling topic of his show is the so-called night ripper, a very brutal serial killer who keeps the city in suspense. His favorite victims are young beautiful women whom he neatly cuts off the limbs alive. After their torturous death he also turns them into a human vase sticking a long-stemmed rose deep into their throat.
