After losing World War 2, Japan was forced to restrain its military by its occupier USA. With Article 9 in its Constitution prohibiting it to actively improve its military & be capable of waging far, the country, more so its neo-nationalists wish to do the opposite. This film analysis the pacifist Constitution & the institutions & the motives of those who want the right to wage war.
