Looking and acting like a samurai warrior, Chica bends steel with a curved wooden block, a hand hammer and a sword. He'll have his hands full with Mike Pugliese, whose elegant creations are considered the sleekest predators in the one-off jungle.

As three-time BBO champion, Indian Larry designs and makes straightforward street bikes built to ride hard. He faces Mondo Pouras, who's been customizing motorcycles since 1975.

Both Cory Ness and Eric Gorges are tall, dark and handsome men, but that's where the similarity ends. Gorges struggles to handcraft one custom at a time, Ness spits out over 200 bikes a year.

Consummate southern gentleman Hank Young faces the challenge of his life from Cole Foster, a fast-talking rockabilly customizer who comes from an award winning, hot rod building legacy. Hank was defeated in his first BBO match so he's looking for payback.

Both heralds of the streamlined, high-necked chopper, Kendall Johnson and Eddie Trotta face the biggest challenge of their careers—against each other. Their ride will go from El Paso to Houston, so that neither builder can yell, "Favoritism!"
