Outsider artist James Condos makes art inhabited by fantastical creatures, full of color, pattern, and word play. James lives in a small town in Oregon and struggles daily with the challenges of mental illness. This remarkably candid film shot over a three year period paints an intimate portrait of a life colored by childhood abandonment and violence and redeemed by forgiveness and purpose.
