Based on Philip Roth's novel, "The Humbling" follows over-the-hill actor Simon (Academy Award-winner Al Pacino, "The Godfather") and his struggles to find his passion for life again. He finds motivation in the form of Pegeen (Academy Award-nominee Greta Gerwig, "Lady Bird"), but as their relationship heats up, Simon has a hard time keeping up with the youthful woman.
