The story of Noorie revolves around a village girl, Noorie, who falls in love with Yusuf. Their marriage is fixed. However, Bashir Khan secretly eyes Noorie. He and his crony Faulad Khan send Yusuf away for some work and try to physically assault Noorie, but she commits suicide. The incident is witnessed by her dog, Khairoo, who hunts the culprit down. Yusuf is heartbroken over the loss of Noorie.
