Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood: It's a Beautiful Day in My Neighborhood

Prince Wednesday is playing soccer in his backyard, but his glasses keep falling off! Good thing he has his glasses strap to keep them on while he's playing.

Cousin Chrissie brushes her horse Peaches to get all the dirt out of her coat. Using a step stool and Prince Tuesday's help, Chrissie climbs up to ride Peaches.

Teacher Harriet likes to wake up so early in the morning that the sun isn't up yet. She takes a morning walk and says hello to all the neighbors as they start their days.

Music Man Stan makes bowling pins out of empty bottles and rice - but tells us that we can make them from anything we have at home. He uses a ball and knocks some of the pins down! Then, Miss Elaina arrives and take a turn of her own!

It's nighttime, and O the Owl is in his pajamas! He leads us through his bedroom and over to his window, where a telescope points up at the night sky. O explains that the telescope helps him to see far away - all the way up to space!

Miss Elaina leads us to the garden in her front yard. She lifts up a leaf on one of the yellow flowers and reveals...a snail! Miss Elaina pulls her nature notebook out of her backpack and draws the snail's swirly shell and wiggly body.

Leo, Teddy and their big sister Jodi Platypus play pat-a-cake while their Nana bakes a real cake in the kitchen! They sing the song, doing patting and rolling hand motions - and then Nana's cake is ready. Yum!

Jodi is playing inside a box tunnel in her front yard. Inside the box, she can draw pictures on the walls with her crayons, and even look out a special window to see her little brothers Leo and Teddy playing!

Mom Tiger is headed to the park! One of the swings is broken, and she will fix it! Mom takes off the old wooden swing seat and drills holes through a new one. Then she ties the rope back through the swing to fasten it on. Good as new!

O and Katerina are a special kind of neighbor called next door neighbors! That means they live right next to each other. Uncle X built them a rope pulley so that they can pass pictures back and forth between their windows.

Dr. Plat isn't just a dentist - she's an artist! She paints a mural of Tigey the Adventure Tiger, but decides the toothbrush he’s holding should be pink. When she doesn’t have any pink paint she mixes white and red paint together.

Prince Tuesday is in the Enchanted Garden, working on his comic book! It's a story that he's drawing called 'Super Trolley'! He tells us all about Super Trolley's adventures, and shows us the pictures that he's already drawn.
