It's an unforgettable third season as the Teen Moms and their partners travel to Cartagena, hosted by Cheyenne and Jade. Couples are invited to a beachside resort to rekindle romance and face their issues.

Cheyenne and Mackenzie recover from a tense hypnosis session. The group lets loose during a party at a rooftop bar in Cartagena but the fun fizzles when two couples clash.

A call from home ignites new conflict between Kayla and Ryan. Mack and Khes coordinate a family dinner that doesn't go as planned. Chey and Zach meet with Michaiah to discuss their fight the previous night.

The villa is jolted by the arrival of three single moms looking to party: Kiaya, Briana and Leah. A jet skiing accident sends Kiaya to the hospital, while Leah lets loose causing drama.

Leah's apology fails to ease tensions with Kiaya; Mack reveals a relationship fear to Khesanio; a celebration of Jade and Sean's upcoming nuptials leads to surprises and drama among friends.

Secrets are revealed in Dr. Mike's group workshop. Cory confronts the reality that Taylor may not wait for him to be ready for marriage. Briana, Kiaya, and Leah head out for a wild single moms night out.

Chey and Zach celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary while Sean surprises Jade by doing something out of his comfort zone. The group takes a fun-filled boat trip for their last day in Colombia.
