G. Garvin heads to Miami, FL, searching for classic Southern fare and enjoys maple-glazed pork chops with sweet potato mash, key lime pie, pork belly and wraps things up with a taste of some specially-blended cocktails.

G. Garvin searches for a taste of the south in Ann Arbor, MI, and tries fried pig's head, deep fried apple pie, smoked barbecue sandwiches and fried chicken mac and cheese.
