Cool McCool

Hurricane Harry, "the greatest wind bag on earth" threatens to blow down the cities of the world unless he gets a million-dollar ransom. Two opera stars are plagued by a horrible, mysterious voice. The Komedy Kops disguise themselves in an attempt to stop the Phantom. The Owl and his henchwoman, The Pussycat, organize the birds of the nation into a crime syndicate.

Dr. Madcap's black Derby robs Mr. Miser of all his money. McCool is assigned to the case. An enormous clam emerges to trap him. Casey hits his 100th home run. Harry and the Komedy Kops are assigned to guard the ball. When Jack-in-the-Box ships a raging bull in a box to Number One, McCool takes off in the Coolmobile, only to be trapped in a circus arena by Jack and two raging lions.

While in prison, Jack-in-the-Box learns that Detective Sherlock Klotz will be honored at a dinner. He decides to cut him down. Tom, Dick and Harry discover that Mighty Morris is the Shoehorn Thief. When they move in for the capture Morris uses his strength to tie them up and shoot them into orbit. The Rattler has developed a venom ray that makes any living thing hate the closest one to it.

With plans to steal the moon, Jack-in-the-Box uses a huge magnet to capture rockets launched at Cape Carnivorous. McCool races out to capture him but must pursue him on a pogo stick. Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops follow the delicious aroma of freshly baked pies in Mrs. Plotz' pie factory. Hurricane Harry kidnaps Queen McQueen for one million dollars ransom. McCool is assigned to the case.

Using a gigantic hat, Dr. Madcap lifts an armored car with a zillion dollars in gold. McCool has Dr. Madcap at gunpoint when Greta Ghoul pulls a hat trick on him. The radio reports that Woodchopper has downed six sycamores on Cedar Street. The Kops run into a dangerous log jam. The Rattler kidnaps Professor B. Fuddled to steal his shrinking formula.

Armed with giggle grenades, Jack-in-the-Box robs an armored car. McCool and the Komedy Kops are woken by a phony siren. They take off after the prankster but realize they're not in good enough shape, so they go to the gym. Hurricane Harry announces that he intends to blow up the world until it pops like a balloon, unless he is appointed King.

McCool is on the case when Mrs. Greenbucks is attacked by a hat she bought from Dr. Madcap's shop. Someone is sabotaging Papa Zurkalookis' circus, feeding the elephant bubble gum, putting pepper in the popcorn. The Kops disguise themselves as trapeze artists to search for clues. The Owl manages to steal Secret Formula G-22 from Number One and McCool, by sabotaging the city's power system.

Hurricane Harry blows a sleepy smoke from a pot on his island to put the world to sleep. While Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops are arguing about who should get the back seat of their tandem bicycle, a crook gets away right under their noses. The Mockingbird imitates the voice of Number One and convinces McCool that The Owl is a secret agent.

Dr. Madcap creates a hat that turns the wearer into a mindless fool and uses it to steal the priceless Pearl of Punjab. McCool is tricked into wearing the hat and finds himself at Madcap's mercy. The Sarge orders Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops to whitewash the jailhouse.The Rattler steals a Truth Telling Machine and robs eight banks. Riggs invents the Cobrina to combat the Rattler.

Posing as a photographer, Jack-in-the-Box steals a $99,000 diamond necklace, from a visiting film star. Cool McCool finds himself in Jack's boxing ring. Hundreds of chickens escape when the Kops crash into a truck. Dr. Madcap invents a love gas that makes people love him so much they give him their possessions. He tries it out on a bank guard and walks away with one million dollars.

Dr. Madcap captures 32 British secret agents and applies his Brain-Drain Cap to learn their secrets. As the Mayor is presents the key to the city to a VIP, the Flying Demon swoops down and steals it. The 11th and 12th National Banks are robbed by a 500 lb. canary. McCool suspects the work of The Owl and goes to his hideout. McCool's calm is shattered by the supersonic boom of the canary's tweets.

Jack-in-the-Box has gone into the toy business. By electronic control, Jack gets the toys to rob their owners. A crow flies into a piano factory and turns on the pianos. The Kops turn them off but the crow turns them right back on. Dr. Madcap discovers a compound that removes wrinkles for 24 hours. Madcap and Greta capture McCool and prepare to cook him in their wrinkle remover.

Madcap and Greta escape to Mexico after robbing the Potts Gold Co. Cool follows them but Greta and Madcap hypnotize him into thinking he's a great bullfighter. Harry McCool and the Komedy Kops fall into a tunnel while chasing a missing puppy. The Owl is on the moon with the loot from his latest caper. When McCool flies to the moon he winds up being chased by a herd of angry Moon Bulls.

Hurricane Harry plots to kidnap the Maharajah of Mish Mash, who is scheduled to be given his weight in diamonds. A man with his arms full of stolen candy apples rushes to the airport, where he takes off in a balloon. The Kops jump into a bi-plane but don't know how to fly it. The Rattler steals an armored truckload of gold. With the aid of a snake charmer's device, Cool tries to strike back.

Jack-in-the-Box hi-jacks an armored car and disappears. McCool finds the missing truck when he accidentally backs into it. The town clock, Big Benny, is missing. The Kops wind up in a deserted shack where they're attacked by the clock stealer. Hurricane Harry steals an ancient Egyptian idol. Cool flies to the desert and crashes into a pyramid. Harry buries Cool in a sandstorm.

Hurricane Harry sucks in the sun's rays and blows air so hot it melts bank vaults and armored cars. Cool goes after him with his new flame freezer. At the Policeman's Ball, the Kops set out to capture a thieving monkey but wind up stuffed in a chimney. The Rattler covers the earth with vegetation and threatens to make matters worse unless he is given 100 million dollars.

Armed with a seed grenade, the Rattler robs the Second National Bank. McCool sneaks into the Rattler's house, but the fiend tosses his grenade at him. A stamp of the Green Dragon is found at the scenes of a series of robberies that grip the city. Irate citizens storm the police station. Hurricane Harry kidnaps the Statue of Liberty and Cool tries to draw the statue off with his atomic magnet.

The Owl leads a flock of birds to a daring bank robbery and Cool disguises himself as a bird and catch them. Gaston Gaswell is arrested for selling balloons without a license. He vows revenge and creates life size balloons that look exactly like the Kops. Jack-in-the-Box escapes from prison and commits a series of daring robberies. McCool employs the Box Popper to destroy the criminal.

The Owl is on a crime rampage. Cool dashes to the rescue in his Coolmobile, but runs afoul of the chicken-flicker trick. A steamroller breaks Komedy Kops' bike, so they buy a car. While cruising, they spot a goat eating a man's clothes. Instead of catching the goat, the boys get caught on a clothesline. The Rattler sells McCool a rare tropical plant, which devours everything in the room.

The Rattler plants magic plants in the museum to steal valuable art treasures for him. Cool poses as a statue to foil the robbery. Harry's birthday party is interrupted when Roland Bun's Bakery is robbed. The boys pursue the thief but wind up in a barrel of batter. Cool's investigation into a robbery at a mansion leads to a college, where he is trapped by five master criminals.
