The Seventh Man and Margarito are identical twins (both played by Cantinflas) who don't know about each other's existence. The Seventh Man is a modern day Robin Hood while Margarito is just a handyman for a large estate. When Rosario is almost killed she immediately falls in love with the man who saves her, thinking he is Margarito, the handyman.
