Boxing trainer Frankie Dunn (Clint Eastwood) has been unwilling to let himself get close to anyone – then Maggie Fitzgerald (Hilary Swank) walks into his gym. Won over by Maggie’s sheer determination, he begrudgingly agrees to take her on.
