Traci Young-Byron is the hard-hitting and uncompromising director of the Young Contemporary Dance Theatre (YCDT), a dance school of Miami's best dancers.

This week, Traci Young-Byron's YCDT dancers have been invited to audition for musical artist, Kiddie Garcia, in an exclusive concert showcase. Traci decides to only use only her top-tier Repertory dancers.

Traci throws the dancers of YCDT for a loop when she announces only those who can do a triple pirouette can audition for the honor of performing for some of the biggest dignitaries in Miami.

It's the toughest week yet for YCDT when Traci announces they have two back-to-back performances at Busch Gardens and Little Haiti Cultural Center.

This week, Traci takes time to rehearse with the Company for the upcoming Rep auditions while the YCDT Repertory dancers are working hard to prepare for a music video audition.

It's an epic week for YCDT as the dancers must walk the runway and perform at a fashion show for celebrity designer Tebo Dambe.

It's the final extravaganza of the performance season and it's an emotional rollercoaster for Traci and her dancers as Rep and Company must perform.
