After learning the latke basics, Jesse has the bakers fry up latke-inspired desserts. Then, the bakers' imaginations run wild while creating letterboard holiday bars to put the judges in the spirit.

Jesse explores great holiday traditions by challenging the bakers to craft Kwanzaa plantain desserts, make large edible ornaments and create puff pastry Christmas tree pull-aparts for judges to tear into.

The finalists take on three sweet Christmas Eve challenges to win $25,000!
