Daffy Duck is an overzealous intern who wants to help out during an operation and ends up getting thrown out when he can't keep quiet. Anxious for a patient of his own, Daffy ends up turning a hapless Porky Pig into his first patient.

Porky and his dog decide to go rabbit hunting. The rabbit, however, turns out to be a little bit nutty and succeeds in outwitting Porky and the dog.

A flock of wild ducks, headed by their ductator Daffy, steal Porky's corn depriving his chickens of food. This precipitates a war between the ducks and chickens which Porky tries to avert only to be drawn into it.

Porky's cow, Bessie, gets into difficulties and doesn't give any milk. When Porky's Poppa gets a mechanical cow, Bessie shows her mettle.

All the squirrels are working hard preparing for winter by gathering nuts except one. Junior is gambling to get nuts for the winter. When his father finds out, he is not pleased. Father sends Junior to the bank to get all their nuts.

At the Cartoon Animal's Outing, Porky's little nephew Pinkie bothers him so much that Porky enters the swim race to escape. Porky wins the race when Pinky's toy sailboat swimming after Porky turns out to be a real, hungry shark.

Porky Pig is all set to do his spring planting when trouble arrives in the form of some pesky chickens.

When a little chick gets sick, his mother decides to take him to the doctor. A weasel overhears their plans and pretends to be the doctor.

While Porky sails to the South Seas to open a store, thieving fish rob him of his cargo.

A cat finds many mice in a laboratory and sneaks up on them. Johnny Mouse rescues Susie Mouse, and she reveals she loves him. The two mice get married just as the cat approaches and is about to pounce.
